Step through the 5-step automated workflow that creates Contacts, Groups, and Deals when an Opportunity is approved.
When CMO Approval = "Approved" AND Setup Approval = "Approved"
Search the Contacts board for an existing contact with the same email address. If not found, create a new Contact record.
Search the Groups board for an existing group with the same company name. If not found, create a new Group record.
Update the Contact record from Step 1 to establish the relationship with the Group from Step 2.
Create a new Deal item with all relevant data from the Opportunity, and establish links to the Contact and Group.
Notify relevant team members and create follow-up tasks to ensure the new deal is properly set up.
